How do I track my shipment?
Go to your Account page and click on the order you're interested in tracking. You'll find the order number next to each of the items that has shipped. Once we ship your order, we'll also send you an e-mail with your tracking information so you'll have it on hand.
How do I make my abelin product?
Making your Abelin product is as easy as abc.
1. Fill your Forever Bottle with warm water to the 'fill line'
2. Add concentrate pouch
3. Shake for 5-8 seconds.

What is your returns and refunds policy?
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-days Refund & Exchange Policy:
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund or exchange. Your choice!
- Timing: we offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy since the day the item was received by you.
- For returns or exchanges, please email info@dabelincare.com with the subject 'Returns' or 'Exchange' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return/ exchange.

Can I change, pause, swap, skip, or cancel my subscription?
Skip refill or change frequency—
You can skip refills from your account page, go to the "shipment frequency" tab. There you can change the delivery frequency or skip refill. You can also email us to help set it up for you. Email us at info@abelincare.com with subject line 'Subscription'
Cancel a subscription —Log in to your account and select cancel subscription. It's that easy. We hate to see you go, if we can work something out, please email us at info@abelincare.com. We’re always happy to help and are always eager for feedback on what's not working for you.

Where can I view the list of ingredients for Abelin products?

Are Abelin products vegan?
Yes! Every Abelin product is formulated without any animal-derived ingredients.
Are Abelin products natural?
Abelin products are formulated with clean ingredients and 97% natural origin, but they are mixed with synthetic ingredients, to guarantee safety and performance.
Are Abelin products cruelty free
Absolutely! We don't test any of our formulation on animals nor do we source ingredients tested on animals.
What is the shelf live for Abelin products?
Our products have a shelf life of 24- 30 months. We suggest keeping our products in a dry place and away from direct sunlight and any heat sources.
Do Abelin products contain fragrances?
No, none of our formulations includes fragrances. We use safe essential oils.
Are abelin products scented?
Yes. Our products are lightly scented using safe essential oils and floral water.
How It Works
How do I make my abelin product?
Making your Abelin product is as easy as abc.

Do I use hot or cold water?
We would recommend room temperature water.
Does the bottle have to be completely empty before refilling?
We highly recommend that your forever bottle be empty and clean before every refill.
What type of water can I use?
Potable (drinkable) water. Any water clean and safe enough to drink, works.
How do I clean my bottle?
Rinse it with clean warm water until residue from last use is gone :)
How long do I need to shake for to mix?
5-8 seconds works! If there are tiny lumps, you can shake for another 5 secs.
How long do I need to wait before it's ready to use?
After mixing, your product is ready to use. Products with a thicker consistency (lotion- serum and cleanser) will continue to thicken for 5-10 mins after mixing.
My product has lumps
If concentrate sits too long in water before shaking lumps may appear. Fixing is easy!
- Pour the product into a jar or bowl and whisk with a whisk or fork to break up the lump.
Can I use a bottle I have at home?
We recommend that you use our Forever Bottle with our concentrate for a great consumer experience and easy making process.
Using our forever bottle creates a smooth process and ensures the product is made as intended. However, if you wish to use your own bottle, here are the instructions.
1. Add 1 cup of potable water (drinkable) to the bottle
2. Add concentrate pouch
3. Shake for 5-8 seconds

Packaging
Is Abelin packaging recyclable?
We strive to make products that are great for mother earth
- Shipping box- They are fully recyclable
- Forever Bottles - These are designed for a lifetime of refills; however, if needed they are 100% recyclable.
- Concentrate pouches are made from recyclable plastic but if for unforeseen circumstances and you’re unable to recycle it properly, we are happy to take it back free of charge and responsibly recycle it on your behalf. Simply email us at infor@abelincare.com with subject line 'Recycle my pouch'.
How do I dispose of Abelin packaging?
Our mission is to make sure no self-care waste enters our oceans and landfills. That is why all of our packages are recyclable.
Shipping boxes and bottles are curb-side recyclable. Pouches are industrial recyclable- if your community is unable to process industrial recyclable materials please reach out to info@abelincare.com with subject line 'recycle my pouch' and we will issue a return stamp to send your pouches back to us so we may responsibly recycle them for you!
We are currently working with pouch manufactures to create a 100% compostable pouch that can hold liquid and maintain self-care grade freshness. We are hoping to transition by 2023.
How long will my forever bottle last?
Your forever bottle should last over 100 years. Life happens, if it breaks or needs a lid/ pump replaced you can order a new one from us. Contact us at info@abelincare.com subject line "new bottle".

Our self care concentrates are designed, formulated and handmade in Kelowna, BC. Canada.
What is Abelin's mission?
To help people appreciate and build a deeper connection with our home, Earth. We tend to take care of the things we love (most times). If we can remind people how awesome Earth is, maybe we can free it from unnecessary waste.

How do subscriptions work?
Subscription ensures you never run out of your fave products, save money (20%+ savings) and keep the planet clean. Subscriptions are not required, you can order refills whenever you need them.

You can cancel, pause, or skip your subscription deliveries in your account at any time. Just log into your account at www.abelincare.com to make any adjustments.

Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, your subscription will renew automatically for each refill frequency you selected during your initial purchase. If you want to modify, change the date of your next order, skip your next order, or cancel your subscription, log into your account on our website. If you need any help, contact us at info@abelincare.com with the subject line "Subscription".
Will I be charged for cancelling my Abelin subscription?
Never. You can cancel your subscription free of charge. You are only responsible for orders sent to you before canceling. To cancel your subscription, log into your account on our website and click ‘My Subscriptions’ and select the subscription you’d like to update. You’ll find the option to “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom of the page. If you run into any trouble, please email info@abelincare.com.
Can I buy without a subscription?
Absolutely! We offer all of our products for a one-time purchase. Just select “one-time” when selecting your preferences for each product.
If you want to save $$ and time, we recommend trying out our convenient subscription service. Cancel anytime.Can I change, pause, swap, skip, or cancel my subscription?

Will I get a reminder email before my next shipment?
Yes, you will receive a reminder via text or email 3-5 days before your next refill is processed and shipped.
Can I re-up before my next refill order?
If you need any (or all!) of your products before your next refill order, log in to your Abelin account. When you go to Subscription Settings, you’ll find items that you can “Add One-Time” for an additional charge. Once you add those to your cart, you will be given the option to “Ship Now” to receive your products before your next refill order. This will not affect or change the date of your next refill order.

What is your return policy?
We are committed to your 100% satisfaction!
We offer full refunds for any products within 30 days of receiving your product(s). Contact us at help@abelincare.com and we'll do everything we can to make it right. The 30-day window begins on the day you receive your product(s).
How do I return my order?
We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your Abelin products. To return your order, e-mail us at info@abelincare.com with your order number in the subject line to expedite the process.
How quickly do you process my refund?
Your refund should post to your credit card statement 5 - 10 business days after we've received and processed your return.
How do I get a new return label?
E-mail us at info@abelincare.com with your order number in the subject line to expedite the process and receive your return label.

Where can I track my order?

When can I expect my order?
Orders are packaged and shipped the same day if ordered before 1 pm. Otherwise, it ships the next day. You can expect to have your products delivered within 2 - 3 business days (applies only to Canada and United States customers).

What carrier do you ship with?
All orders are sent via UPS, USPS, DHL or Fedex for customers living in United states and Canada post for customers in Canada.
Can I cancel or change my order once it has processed?
Unfortunately we can't cancel or modify your order once it's been placed. But contact us at info@abelin.com about possible solutions.
Where can I find my processing or past orders?
Log into your Account page and you'll be able to see your full order history for both past and in-progress orders.
When will my order ship?
We typically processed and ship within 24 hours of receiving your order.
How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over $40 or subscription within the US & Canada. For any orders less than $40, our flat shipping rate of $5.99 applies.
Is free shipping available?
Yes! Free shipping is available for all orders over $55 or for subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and paypal is available at checkout. We’re excited to explore more payment options down the road, though currently are only able to offer subscriptions with this assortment.
