How often should I use it?
Abelin Abelin Barrier Fortifying Cleanser is gentle enough for daily use, both morning and night! The fruit enzymes from ingredients like Pineapple provide a very mild exfoliation, but it's designed to be a supportive part of your daily routine, not a harsh treatment.
Will it actually remove my makeup and sunscreen?
Yes! It effectively washes away daily buildup, impurities, and most makeup and sunscreen. For very heavy or waterproof makeup, we recommend starting with an oil-based remover (a technique called double-cleansing) and following up with Abelin for a perfect, barrier-friendly clean that leaves your skin feeling amazing.
How long does one activated bottle last? And how long does the powder stay fresh?
One activated Forever Bottle is designed to last for approximately 30 days with typical twice-daily use. Because the powder refills are in a dry, inert state, they have a very long shelf life and stay fresh and potent until you're ready to activate them.
